Olive Nut Cheese Spread

Combine in blender or food processor:
6 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup pecans
1 cup stuffed olives
2 tbsp. olive olive juice
dash of black pepper

Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.  Spread onto your choice of bread (homemade is always best).  Trim off crust and cut sandwich into quarters.  Enjoy at your Ladies Tea Party!

Veggie Roll Me Ups

  • 2 soft flour tortillas
  • 2 TBS cream cheese, softened
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 sweet red pepper, chopped fine

 

Place tortillas in the microwave about 10 seconds to warm.  Lay each tortilla flat and spread with 1 TBSP of cream cheese.  Place the carrot and pepper on top of the cream cheese.  Roll tortilla around vegetables.

 

Spinach leaves also work well in these roll ups.  For a little change of pace use a cream cheese that is flavored with herbs

Marshmellow Cream Cheese Dip for Fruit

  • 1  7-oz jar of Marshmallow Cream
  • 1  8-oz box of Cream Cheese, softened

Stir marshmallow cream and cream cheese together until thoroughly blended. Serve with chopped fruit of your choice.

Be careful when making this dip. You’ll find your family members eating it right out of the bowl with a spoon!
