Cheesy Artichoke and Spinach Dip

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
  • 1 box (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon into a 9-inch dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with veggies or gourmet crackers.
